Net Excess Generation Notes: "The customer shall be billed monthly on a net energy basis and shall pay the fixed charge and
energy charge specified in the rate schedule under which he is served.
If, in any month, the customer’s bill has a credit balance of $25 or less, the amount shall be
credited to subsequent bills until a debit balance is reestablished. If the credit balance is more
than $25, the utility shall reimburse the customer by check upon request. Monthly credits shall be
computed by taking the net excess kilowatt-hours produced times the sum of the applicable
energy charge plus monthly power cost adjustment clause (PCAC)."

System Offset Notes: Oconomowoc Utilities doesn’t have any size restrictions on the size of distributed generation however the purchase of excess generation (energy not used by the owner/customer that is put back into the local distribution network) by Oconomowoc Utilities is determined by the size of the DG installation

Site Plan Reqs: Site plan showing major equipment, electric service entrance, electric meter(s), location of distributed generation and interface equipment,
protection equipment, location of disconnect switch (if required), adjoining street name, and street address of the distributed generation system.

SLD Reqs: One-line Schematic Diagram of the System that includes the distributed generation equipment, interconnection disconnect switch (if required),
point of interconnection, meter(s), protection equipment and associated instrumentations

Electric Service Reqs: Please see PSC 119.20 General design requirements. 1-14

Placards: "The applicant shall label the interconnection disconnect
switch “Interconnection Disconnect Switch” by means of a per-
manently attached sign with clearly visible and permanent letters. The applicant shall provide and post its procedure for disconnect-
ing the DG facility next to the switch."
