Net Excess Generation Notes

If the electricity generated by the Customer exceeds consumption and is distributed back to the utility during the billing period, then the Customer shall be credited for the net excess kilowatt-hours generated during the billing period, with this kilowatt-hour credit appearing on Customer’s bill for the following billing period. On April 30th any remaining credits will be exhausted with no compensation to the member.
