If the electricity generated by the Member and distributed back to LLP during the billing period, exceeds the electricity supplied by LLP, then the Member shall be: (1) billed for the appropriate Member service charge as other Members of LLP in the same

rate class; and (2) credited for the net excess kilowatt-hours generated during the billing period, with this kilowatt-hour credit appearing on Member's bill. Any residual net generation on the member's account shall be used on or before March 31st. Any remaining unused credits during the previous year shall be granted to the electric utility without any compensation to the Generator, in accordance with RCW 80.60.

Common labeling furnished or approved by LLP and in accordance with NEC requirements must be posted on meter base, disconnects, and transformers informing working personnel that generation is operating at or is located on the premises.
