TDR Process Work is performed Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. We require a minimum of 2 business days notification, but not more than 2 weeks. Customer Service can schedule an appointment window for you. We only drop service if someone is on-site and available for work. Reconnects are also done during normal business hours. If work is being done on the electrical panel, the Serviceman will need to see proof of electrical permits before he drops the service. There is no cost for a service drop/reconnect.   • If not possible, please ensure that the placard map is installed in the utility meter to show the location of the AC disconnect. (Please include the proposed Placard Map in the PV Plans)
