- We take the difference between was received and delivered and give them a one to one credit so every kilowatt they produce is equal to a kilowatt hour that they use. On the other hand in the trade off we don't allow credits to rollover month to month and what it does is basically lower the electric portion of their bill because we also bill their garbage and sewer. It will lower the electric portion of their bill down to the minimum charge each month.

- Temporary Disconnect Reconnect Process (TDR) We require that a request be submitted to our Electric Department a minimum of 3 business days prior to when the disconnect reconnect needs to take place. The Electric department submits a work order to the lines and services contractor who will then perform the disconnect/reconnect at the scheduled time and date or call and schedule a different time if they have conflicts. We do require that someone be on-site during the disconnect/reconnect events.
TDR - Who to
TDR - ETA of notice required for request 3 business days
Transformer upgrades have not yet become common however may be necessary depending on the installation. We do have engineering done for installations to ensure that the system and components are capable of handling the load.
