- We take the difference between was received and delivered and give them a one to one credit so every kilowatt they produce is equal to a kilowatt hour that they use. On the other hand in the trade off we don't allow credits to rollover month to month and what it does is basically lower the electric portion of their bill because we also bill their garbage and sewer. It will lower the electric portion of their bill down to the minimum charge each month.
