SLD Reqs

- AC Disconnect must be labeled on the one-line diagram as a fusible disconnect. (No matter the POI, AC disconnect must be fused)

- Synergy requires the Single Line Diagram to be stamped by a Licensed Engineer in the state of TX

-The line design must be stamped, signed, and dated by a Professional Engineer (PE) that is licensed in the state of Texas. According to Texas Administrative Code, Title 22, Part 6, Chapter 37, Subchapter B, Rule 137.33, the PE’s signature and date cannot obscure the engineer's name or license number in the seal.
