Net Excess Generation Notes

Net Excess Generation Period Year runs from June 1st - May 31st and excess credit at the end of May 31st will cause a check to be generated to Customer. Customer is required to fill out a W9 and sent via mail utilizing address on page 3 of Application Process


In any given month, when the customer generation is in excess of customer load, the excess will be applied to subsequent month billings. At the end of the annual period, the customer-generator will be compensated for any unapplied excess customer generation which occurred during the preceding year at the full retail value
