The charges for electric power and energy received by the member shall be those shown in the applicable retail rate schedule assigned, including the specified basic charge. In addition to the applicable retail rate class basic charge, a customer receiving service under this schedule #60 will be charged an additional net-metering basic charge of $5.00 per month and may incur an annual inspection fee if applicable.


The credit for any excess generation shall be disbursed every 12 months ending December 31, or more frequently if determined by the Cooperative. The Cooperative addresses this value by crediting the Customer’s account with its annual avoided energy cost which is the average cost of power (kwh) and demand (kw) to the cooperative.

SLD Reqs

WEC approved switching equipment capable of isolating the net metering facility from WEC’s system shall be provided by the member-generator and shall be located within 10 feet of WEC’s meter and accessible by WEC personnel.

Install Reqs

Customer shall furnish and install, on its side of the bidirectional meter, a safety disconnect device capable of fully disconnecting and isolating the Facility from Co-op’s electric supply system. The disconnect device shall be located adjacent to Co-op’s bi-directional meter and shall be of the visible break type in a metal enclosure that can be secured by a padlock
