The net energy delivered from producer to Sierra Electric Cooperative shall be purchased by Sierra Electric Cooperative at Sierra Electric Cooperative's applicable time-of-use or single period energy rate, as described in Subsection B of 17.9.570.11 NMAC, and filed with the NMPRC. Producer shall be billed for all net energy delivered from Sierra Electric Cooperative in accordance with the tariff that is applicable to the producer absent the QF generation.

Site Plan Reqs

We would ask for the one-line drawing with the site plan to show where the Rec meter is to me installed and well as the disconnect switches

SLD Reqs

"Supply a one line diagram of the planned system including all components (this diagram must include Location

of Load Break Disconnect Switch), and Physical Address"

The wiring inside the production meter box should be from the solar panels should go to the top side of the production meter can.

"REC METER REQUIRED. The producer shall furnish, install and maintain a clearly

labeled load break disconnect switch in a visible, outside, readily accessible

location for the purpose of isolating producer's generation from the Sierra Electric

Cooperative system."

Install Reqs

A non-fused disconnect switch must be provided by the Member and connected so that it will isolate the generating system from the co-op. The disconnect switch has to be locked by Sierra Electric Cooperative. 

A standard meter socket needs to be provided to measure the total output of the generation system. Sierra Electric will install and maintain the meter in that socket.
