Net Excess Generation Notes

Net Excess Generation shall accrue over an Accrual Period of 12 months ending with the billing period that occurs immediately prior to the end of April. The Company shall take ownership of the Net Excess Generation and carry forward the excess on the Customer’s bill until the excess has been used by the Customer in subsequent billing periods or the Accrual Period expires.
