During any regular billing interval, if the electric customer feeds back more KWH to the TMLWP system than it uses, then said customer shall be billed the minimum charge applicable to the electric customer’s class of service. Further, the electric customer’s account shall be credited for the excess KWH generated and fed back to the TMLWP system. Any such excess KWH shall carry forward from one billing interval to the next until said excess has been utilized.$0.0286 per Net KWH Received. ** One cent ($0.0100) discount per KWH for lighting customers if paid within ten (10) days of date of invoice **

SLD Reqs

The one line should show the entire system including # of panels, inverters, circuits, main panel, production meter, disconnects and wiring. A production meter is required (to be provided by TMLP). A disconnect accessible to TMLP must be installed near the utility meter.
