- Net Excess Generation Notes
Customer-generators served under the "Residential Rate" are limited to a rated system capacity of 10 kW (DC), not to exceed 80% of the customer's average load. The average load will be determined by the most recent 12 months of billing history.
PMLD shall furnish and install a meter capable of Bi-Directional metering.
PMLD will measure the amount of kWhs received and delivered, on a monthly basis. The customer will be billed at the rate applicable to their electric customer's class of service for all the kWhs delivered from PMLD and they will be credited at the Wholesale Energy Rate for all kWhs, not used by the customer, returned to the PMLD system. These credits shall be used to offset the customer's current monthly bill. Any remaining credits will be carried over to subsequent months.
