Net Excess Generation Notes

All kWh delivered by the cooperative to the DG Owner/Operator shall be billed on the rate charged to the member under the applicable standard rate schedule.

All kWh received from the customer on an instantaneous basis (Excess Net Energy) will be credited on a monthly basis by the cooperative to the member per JEC’s Net Metering Service Schedule NM. Excess Net Energy cannot be "banked," "saved," or "rolled forward" for use in a future month or different time period or interval within a month.

SLD Reqs

1. Visible break disconnect shall be adequately sized for the installation and of load break type.

2. Visible break disconnect shall be readily accessible, located outside within 5 feet of the meter. It shall have a means to be locked in the open position by JEC personnel.

3. Installation shall meet all applicable NEC and local codes.
