Co-Energy Metering Program (Over 10kW)
- Requires 2 separate utility meters -one measures usage from the grid(billed at a normal rate) and another measure solar generation pushed back to the grid (billed at the current wholesale rate)

- Can't exceed historical usage, doesn't accept Load Justification from EE, If less than 12 months usage use sq. ft. formula.
