An Electric Utility shall credit a Net-Metering Customer with the amount of any accumulated Net Excess Generation as measured in kilowatt hours in the next applicable billing period and base the bill of the Net-Metering Customer on the net amount of electricity as measured in kilowatt hours that the Net-Metering Customer has received from or fed back to the electric utility during the billing period. Compiled from public records, 2026. Tariffs and interconnection rules change; verify with South Central Arkansas Electric Cooperative, Inc. before you rely on this. The useful move: if an installer says you need a main panel upgrade, ask how these tap and interconnection policies were considered first.
