If the kWhs generated by the Net-Metering Facility and fed back to NLRED exceed the kWhs supplied by NLRED to the Net-Metering Customer during the applicable Billing Period, NLRED shall credit the Net- Metering Customer with any accumulated Net Excess Generation in the next applicable Billing Period. At the time an account is closed, NLRED shall purchase any remaining Net Excess Generation Credits at NLRED’s then-current estimated annual average Avoided Cost rate for wholesale energy.
