The County does have a policy whereby if the proposed improvement is within 10โ to the required setback, it will need to be survey located. Meaning the site plan would need to be a surveyor certified site plan showing the exact location of the improvement with the distances from each property line clearly visible. Additionally, the property lines and the location of the improvement would need to be marked in the field for inspector verification.
