Standard plans wind speed - (will vary from different address/cities) Snow load Regardless of whether the service panel for the home will be upgraded or not, provide photos of the existing service meter base, service mast and service panel. This is necessary to verify the layout of the existing service equipment. NEC 110.3(a) In addition to the above noted comment, if the utility meter base is not part of the same panelboard as the service panelboard, provide photos of the meter base and the service conduit with photos taken from 5 to 10 feet away from the equipment. In addition to the above noted comment, if a new meter/main combo service panel will be installed on the outside of the home, and if the existing service panel is inside the home, then a note must be added to the line diagram clearly specifying that an equipment grounding conductor must be provided from the new service panel to the old service provide a picture of the service panel's label (usually found on the inside of the panel's front cover) to show the service panel's ampacity rating. If the panel information sheet is not available, the ampacity of the service panel will be assumed to be rated not more than 100A (which is the same as the main service breaker rating). Utah does not want single panel arrays with railless systems. Please have layout changed if this happens

On the wire schedule diagram, call out which type of conductor will be used (copper, aluminum, etc.) MPU If the service panel will be upgraded, please clearly specify on the line diagram the exact model number of the service panel you are going to install and provide manufacture specification sheets for such service panelboard.
