Utah does not want single panel arrays with railless systems. Please have layout changed if this happens example photo below Informational note from checklist: Mounting system: Provide detailed information on the module mounting system and also the weight of all components on the roof. The support manufacture specs must also specify the required support spacing based on the local wind and snow loads. Wind load is to be based on 115 mph 3 second gust, ground snow load is to be based on 43 psf, and roof snow load is to be based on 30 psf. Note if the home roof rafters are engineered trusses or provide information on the type and size of the roof rafters if they are other than engineered trusses. Also note the type of the roof covering (shingles, metal, or tile) and how many layers of the covering there are. If the racking system has integrated grounding/bonding, please also provide spec sheets showing such. Parcel search: wind speed - snow load

ALL PROJECTS: SLD: One line diagram. Indicate if the string of modules are connected in series or parallel Please provide photos of the existing service panelboard and photos of its interior labels. Photos must be with the service panelboard’s front covers open and show the ratings of all breakers therein. The photos of labels must also clearly show the rating of the panelboard. These photos are always required for every solar PV plan submittal and are essential to determining if the requirements of NEC 705.12(A) or 705.12(B) are going to be met. PLEASE BE AWARE that additional plan review comments may be generated depending on what type of service panel it is and what condition it is in. In addition to the above noted comment, if the utility meter base is not part of the same panelboard as the service panelboard, please also provide photos of the meter base and the service conduit (with photos taken from about 5 to 10 feet or so away from the equipment). Please be aware that the line diagram must be drawn correctly based on the type of service panel that this home has. In other words, the layout of the service panel on the diagram must match that of the actual service panel. Generic layouts of service panels on the line diagram will not be accepted. MPUs: Clearly specify on the line diagram the exact model number of the service panel you are going to install and provide manufacturer specification sheets for such service panelboard. The layout of the service panel on the diagram must match that of the actual service panel
