If a new service panel is going to be installed, there shall be a 4 wire system ran into the interior sub panel where grounds and neutral shall be isolated. This will apply to the old systems where there is just a meter socket on the exterior and the sub panel is used as the main disconnect. Centerfed 120% allowed without electrical engineering but show calculations
