For MPU: please clearly specify on the line diagram the exact model number of the service panel you are going to install and provide manufacturer specification sheets for such service panelboard. Such information is required in order to verify compliance with the requirements of NEC 705.12(A) or 705.12(B) for the interconnection of the PV system. A. Please be aware that the line diagram must be drawn correctly based on the type of new service panel that will be installed. In other words, the layout of the service panel on the diagram must match that of the actual service panel. Provide a photo of the panelboard being used for POI. The photos of labels must also clearly show the rating of the panelboard. Provide a photo of all exterior electrical equipment. (Even if interior panel board is being used for POI) If the utility meter base is not part of the same panelboard as the service panelboard, please also provide photos of the meter base and the service conduit
