Front property lines depend on whether the road is built on a section or quarter-section line or neither. Property on section lines have a 45-foot setback from the section line; a 35-foot setback from the quarter-section line; and a 25-foot setback for a other roadways. The above pertain to frontages on roadways. Corner lots have two frontage roadways both apply. Setback from back and side property lines is 5-foot. Ground Screws allowed with engineering.
