Panels have to be installed in a symmetrical, uniform pattern per the AHJ requirement. Please see attached Appendix H in files section.
This AHJ only will take perfect square/rectangle designs on the houses for the solar.
Pipes can be moved to fit symmetrical design. $500 misc adder can be included and is the standard price for moving a single roof pipe less than 15ft. Over 15ft, the price would need to be estimated by BM.
Internal attic runs required. If the attics do not connect, provide photos and an explanation.
