Stamp Tech Instructions
1) Flatten PDF
- Before sending the plans to the PE for review and stamps, remove layers and flatten the PDF to ensure it’s a single, non-editable document.
2) PE Review
- If there are modifications, system size changes, or layout changes, a revised PE letter must be provided when the plans are restamped.
PE Instructions
1) Stamps Required
- Ensure SE (Structural Engineer) and EE (Electrical Engineer) digital stamps are on all PV pages 1-7a.
- The PE Letter and Calculations must also be digitally stamped, including FL Statute.
2) Single PDF File
- All plans (including the panel plan, line diagram, attachment details, etc.) must be in one scrollable PDF file.
3) Digital Signature
- The stamped plans must have an unlocked, 3rd party verified digital signature within the signature panel.
4) Revision Letter
- Any revision letter must also be stamped by the PE.
