Site Specific Structural Calcs are required for ground mounts even if the above does not apply to the project. Received plan check on Ticknor, Mark. AHJ wants project specific calcs. We can't utilize IR pre-designed calcs for GM's panels. *
If GM is under 8 ft high, setbacks are 20 ft in the front, 5 ft on the side & back. If GM is 8-10 ft high, setbacks are 30 ft in the front, 15 ft on the side & back. Turn-around: 3-4 weeks. If GM is taller than 10 ft., a Minor Use Permit (Discretionary Application) must be submitted, and all neighbors within 300 ft. must be notified. Turn-around: Up to 3 months.
For requesting "Septic As Built" .
Please provide a separate ground rod for the solar array structure. C.E.C Article 690.47 and 250. Please provide 10โ free of vegetation around the array system. CRC Section R324.7.2.6 & CFC 605.11. [a past project]
The site plan provided must match the site plan County has on file for this property. Records must show items such as garage. Also, permits for an existing shed or swimming pool shown on the site plan must be valid. If the AHJ doesn't have plot plans, do not refer to GPRS.
They will only approve As-Builts provided by their certified installers. See Contacts in Files section. (Oroville - Oroville Sewer and Drain/Roto-rooter has done As-Builts for us). Septic and leech field location info (or sewer and water line info when the home is not on septic) must be demonstrated on all pages with a site plan.
