Plan Set Requirements

All projects using tilt kits will need an accompanying letter explaining why the panels must be installed on an angle rather than flush to the roof. The blank square reserved for stamps on all PV pages must be titled For City Stamps or the AHJ will reject it.

  • Provide fault current calculations. Indicate the calculated available fault current values and its corresponding withstand kAIC rating at each panel, disconnect switch, etc.
  • Provide voltage drop calculations.
