Clarify PV system disconnecting means shall be rated for available fault current at terminals. Identify PV disconnect AIC/AIR rating and verify it equals or exceeds available fault current at point of connection. (CBC 1603.1; CEC 110.9, 110.10, 690.13(D))
Clarify how PV system grounding electrode conductor (GEC) will connect to existing building grounding electrode system. Identify: PV GEC size, existing grounding electrode conductor size, bonding jumper size at point of connection, and bonding/termination method. (CEC Table 250.102(C)(1); CEC Table 250.66; CEC 690.45; CEC 690.47)
Provide maximum PV string voltage (Vmax) calculation applying CEC Table 690.7(A) for project location and verify Vmax does not exceed equipment DC input rating. (CEC 690.7; Table 690.7(A))
