Non Standard Revision Requirements

When revising system information on the plans, replace the old information rather than adding the new information next to it. Having both old and new information confuses the AHJ.

Ground mount

Ground Mount Fencing Required
Situational
Ground Mount Notes

AHJs require 10โ€™ minimum distance around the array for maintaining a clear fire zone. Separate fencing is not required for the ground mount residential PV array, so long as the property is fully fenced. Ground Screws allowed with engineering. Freeze/thaw depth is 12โ€-24โ€. No grade requirements. If in a flood hazard zone then a geotechnical report and addition calcs by the Engineer shall be required. This may result in a minimum height above grade to keep the array out of the flood water height.
