Do not cover mechanical and plumbing vents on the roof with solar PV panels. Pathways (R324.6.1)

Provide an unobstructed (including but not limited to, conduit, pull boxes, vents, etc.) fire department clear access pathway of at least 36 inches in width from the eave to the ridge on each slope where panels and modules are located, and/or 18 inches in width adjacent to hips and valleys. Setback at Ridge (324.6.2) 3\.

Provide an unobstructed (including but not limited to, conduit, pull boxes, vents, etc.) fire department clear smoke ventilation space of at least 36 inches in width along the rige, or 48 inches when the space is obstructed with vents.

Roof Plan Notes: EMT Conduit shall run either under the roof eave or through the attic. All exposed wiring shall be neatly bolted and painted to match the existing structure

Electrical Diagram: Add the AIC rating of the main breaker, relevant subpanel breaker that will be installed, and of the PV breaker. Identify existing UFER Ground wire size. Minimum #4 or #6 rod.
