Plan Set Requirements

I called the AHJ to get info for the database and the lady said they don't have a plan checker. There's a Building Official but he's not there and he doesn't have an email. She said they don't do plan checks there and that they outsource their plans. As far as codes she said the most recent one and as far as requirements, she said whatever AHJ is around them, they have the same requirements Referencing the last approved plans for a past project, looks like they are 2016 CEC, I am designing per the last approved plans Everything looks STANDARD
