No published information about battery placement. If battery system, include this note on ELD: Producer's storage device(s) will not cause the Host Load to exceed its normal peak demand. Normal peak demand is defined as the highest amount of power required from the Distribution System by Producer's complete facilities without the influence or use of the energy storage device(s).
Add Note: ESS shall be located not less than 3 feet from doors and windows directly entering the dwelling unit.

Attic runs should be our first option. If there is no attic, call it out** Please provide span tables for the solar railing system specified in the plans. The maximum attachment spacing shown in the layout plan shall coordinate with the span tables.
- Cover Page
Indicate the following on the cover sheet: * Building type of construction (VB) * Occupancy group(s) of dwelling and garage (R3 & U) * This structure is equipped or will be equipped with an automatic fire sprinkler system: Yes/No
- Roof Plan
Doesn't want to see conduit on the wall from the MSP to Disco/Inverter. Must pop in to wall or garage behind main and pop back out from behind disco/inverter/combiner etc. They don't want to see conduit on the roof or on the house from the street . Conduit may not pass over ridgeline.

All Jobs [ALL CONDUIT RAN INTERNALLY SHALL BE INSTALLED 3' BELOW THE RIDGE.]
Requirements covered under the āPermitting Guidelinesā provided at the link
The lag screws shall have a minimum embedment of 2.5ā or it shall meet the manufacturer's guidelines. Systems that do not meet the checklist requirements require engineering. Please comply with either (a) or (b) below.
a. Please increase the minimum embedment of the lag screws to 2.5ā or provided manufacturer specification sheets showing the 2ā embedment is within the manufacture's guidelines
b. Please provide structural calculations for the solar system. CBC 1613, CEBC 503 and ASCE 7-16 Ch. 13, 26 and 29.4.4.
- Electrical Diagram
Please note compliance to CEC 725.136(A). Cables and conductors of Class 2 and Class 3 circuits shall not be placed in any cable, cable tray, compartment, enclosure, manhole, outlet box, device box, raceway, or similar fitting with conductors of electric light, power, Class 1, non - power-limited fire alarm circuits, and medium-power network-powered broadband communications circuits unless permitted by 725.136(B) through (I).
FOR MPU: "The wire size and type of the service feeding conductor for the main service panel shall be determined by the utility provider.ā AND āGrounding electrode conductor shall be sized per CEC 250.66.ā
