Plan Set Requirements

• Provide spec sheets for any additional equipment such as load centers, MPUs, new subpanels. etc. 
• HAVE CODES ONLY PRSENT ON CODE LIST, NOT ON LABELS PAGE. AHJ IS REQUESTED NOTHING ELSE BE ADDED.
• All equipment shall be installed a minimum of 4 (four) feet above the existing grade.
• (If Applicable) If property is located in the special flood hazard area. In order to determine if the project is a "substantial improvement" as defined as City of Yuma Ordinance No. O2006-52, please submit written documentation showing exact valuation of all equipment that will be installed.

Roof Plan

Arrays that are adjacent to a public street right-of-way are required to maintain a three foot setback from the roofline OR be screened by an existing parapet. Solar installations shall not extend more than eight inches above the roof surface.

• When using a combiner panel, a label is required to identify the combiner panel and to state no additional loads to be added.

• Placard must be added listing the size of any derate: "MAIN BREAKER DE-RATED TO ____ AMPS. DO NOT INCREASE MAIN BREAKER RATING"
